Question Regard Kit from Dec of 09

Back around Nov/December of 2009 and forgot about it. The wood chips, malt extract, hops, yeast - everything have been sitting in my pantry (doors closed, relatively room temp) since then. I'm sure the yeast is gone, but would the hops, malt and wood chips be alright?

Everything should be ok, but no longer the quality it was when you bought the kit. It will still make good beer. The hop pellets will have lost a little quality due to temperature and any oxygen exposure, but pellets tend to preserve better IME. The liquid malt extract should be ok and the wood chips will be fine. The yeast is probably even useable, but I wouldn't rely on it if it has been sitting at room temp that long.

Is it dry yeast? If so, it's probably fine. In fact, I'd probably make that kit. Might not be best, but still OK in all likelyhood.

It's dry yeast. Everything is still in the suction sealed containers. Would the crushed grains still be good or should I attempt to replace them? I think I'll air on the side of caution and just get new yeast.

The grains should be ok if they were stored vacuum sealed. The biggest thing you need to worry about is oxygen exposure.

The grains are sealed, I think there might be a slight amount of air in there as it's not completely vacuum sealed. The hops are vacuum sealed, the malt extract is in platic containers (like you'd find half gallon milk containers).
