Hello:
Just made 5 gal of Apfelwein. Want to sweeten it in about 6 weeks. Was wondering once take SG reading and determine the amount of sugar needed, put in the sorborate, do I then siphone into my 6 gal bucket and add the boiled sugar and then stir with a drill mounted paddle,or will this cause the wine to become cloudy due to ox.???
