I am making a blueberry weizen- and the recipe I am following says leave in the primary for 2-3 days then rack onto puree in secondary. Is it ok to transfer beer after only 3 days in the primary? I am assuming it is ok since this is what the recipe calls for, but just wanted to check with you guys.

thanks!

3-5 days is normal. Krausen settling as El mentioned is normally the trigger point. I have a Belgium Wit that after 7 days still had a fair amount resting on top. Decided to rack it to the secondary anyways and it started building up again in the secondary. Gravity at that time was 1.024 from a 1.050 OG. Not normal, but not worried either as its still fermenting. Probably the yeast strain (never used before) and/or my ferment temp was a wee bit too chilly.
