hello, i made a batch of tripel, it came darker than i expected. i made it using DME and some grains (abbey, carapils, biscuit and wheat), it should be around 7-8 SRM, but it seems a lot darker. the dme was added in the boil for 60 mins, if i add the DME in the last 10 mins instead of 60 mins, will it help to get a lighter beer ? in that case i need to reduce the quantity of bittering hops right ? the recipe calculator shows me that i have to reduce the bittering hops from 22 grams to 12 grams to keep the IBU at same level (36 IBU)
