A few weeks ago I brewed a Belgian Quad, and according to the recipe that I created I decided to add 2 lbs of Candi Sugar 48 hours after pitching the yeast. My OG was really low 1.069 and according to my calculator 2 lbs of Candi Sugar would add 14 points. So I'm assuming my OG would be 1.083.

Then in the other hand the yeast did a hell of a job and my Estimated Final Gravity was 1.024, but I just transferred the beer to Secondary and took a reading and it was 1.006. So my questions are: Would my OG be 1.083 and FG 1.006, or would my OG be 1.069 and the points that the sugar would add would bring that to 1.006.

The OG would be 1.083. The FG is 1.006. That's pretty typical for a beer with lots of candi sugar, and if you mashed at a low temperature.
