These may be the ticket to going away from ORings in our home "Bulkheads".
I just build my MLT. I grabbed an assortment of ORings and washers in hopes of finding the right combination to keep it from leaking.
I also found a couple PTFE Flange Gaskets rated for chemical and food processes. I could not use it in the actual design as the gasket was for 1" lines. However the 4 Bolt through-holes fit my 3/8" through wall nipple exactly. I cut the gasket to be more useful and fit my use. Instead of a series of O-Rings both inside and outside the hole, I have 1 gasket on either side.
It is water testing now before I tape it all up. I will take pics and do a better write-up later this evening.
