I started to ferment at 10 degrees CEL and nothing happens. How do I make the process\fermentation active?

I am Stuck!!!!

Get the wort to 20 degrees cel and pitch a new packet of yeast. You can and shake the fermentation vessel now if you want.

Incidentally, it would help if you'd tell us what you're trying to ferment and what kind and amount of yeast you added.

I am doing my first dry cider using 30 gr of yeast.
After openning the keg I see there is fermentation. Once in few minutes there is a bubble...

Assuming that is below the ideal range of the yeast just warm it up, maybe giving it a gentle swirl after it's warm. You shouldn't need to add more yeast.

I moved it to warmer room and now I have a bubble every 50 sec...!
