So, my little beer fridge has gotten fussy with me and its getting way too cold and even worse, the fridge shorted the fuses and cause a mini-blackout in my garage. Needless to say, its time to get a new one.

But in the meantime, I have a Brown Ale that is now sitting in its second week that dealt with fluctuating temperatures. Reaching as high as 75 when the power went out and now cooling in 60, which is the minimum of my fridge.

this newbie appreciates your feedback!

temperature variation is not ever ideal but the first 12 hrs are the real critical time as far as out of control temps.
