i was attempting to bottle some a0pple cider that I let ferment for 20 days. I could get the siphon started well but the flow would gradually diminish to nothing within thirty seconds. I tried a control experiment with just water and that worked fine. I tried to siphon with and without the bottling "wand" that was provided in the beer kit I bought, with the same results for both. I noticed a lot of bubbles in the brew as I was siphoning, and am wondering if the brew was too carbonated for the siphon to work properly. Has anyone had a similar problem and know the solution?
