Wondering if anyone might have tried this. Seems to me that, with a few modifications to the lid, one might convert a large stainless-steel pressure cooker into a small beer keg.
 
Why would you want to ruin a perfectly good SS pressure cooker? Corny kegs are cheaper and no mods. Besides, pressure cookers aren't designed to handle near as much pressure as a keg will withstand. I personally think it's a bad idea. If space is a problem......they make smaller cornys. Might be harder to find used though.
