Hello all,
Not too long ago I purchased the Brau Supply EBIAB system. I have been really happy with the purchase and have really been improving on my brewing process. One issue I can't seem to fix though is my post boil gravity. My last two brews I have hit my SG dead-on but my post-boil gravity has been off. I included two screenshots of my past brews so people can see examples of this alongside the volume readings.
Are beersmith estimates off or am I messing something up? How do I adjust for this? When I use the calculator here at Brewer's Friend http://www.brewersfriend.com/dilution-and-boiloff-gravity-calculator/ I get much different numbers (I also included a screenshot of an example of the calculations I got from one of the past two brews). I appreciate any advice anyone can provide.
Let me know if you need any other details and thank you for any help you can provide!
