Possible to smoke fish on a wsm?

I want to smoke some trout but it seems like keeping the temp low enough on the wsm may be difficult any tips or experience?

We used to smoke fillets on a foil tray made from aluminum foil in the pit,offset from the coals/wood. Keep the vents open pretty good to keep the heat down.

Sure can. I've struggled to keep the temp low enough, but I think if you do a minion method and start with just a few lit coals, it should work.
