possible fermenter?

Thier is no place on the tank that says if it is food safe or anything. I was told that it has been used to ferment wine in. Thier is no smell in the tank but it does look like wine was in it. Is it okay to use as a fermenter? Sorry for the huge picture not sure why they are super sized.

Looks like HDPE to me, probably used to ship grapes or juice the way it's labeled. I'd think your good to go. If it said ACME Chemical Co. on the side maybe not.
