...this year's 3 Way. Best since the Boneyard version.

someone needs to brew the same thing and call it Cash Stack.

however, I'm going to be the voice of reason here - all together, it's not a bad deal.

breakdown of items and estimated value:
wood box: $15-20
glass: $15-20
beanie: $20-25
bottle opener: $15-25

that's between $65-90 without bottles, so each bottle would be between $17.50-30 which isn't god-awful if you consider Modem Tones as the only other real "big stout" dickswinger in town and some of us have paid their ridiculous prices when we're feeling it. the only real hangup I can tell is that you're forced to get all the **** with the beer, but there are worse issues than a planned holiday gift set release and word that only the bottles will be released at another time, likely for $25 or so which isn't all that bad nowadays.

signed, guy who isn't standing in line and doesn't want all the extra crap with the beer.

The day I spend $15-25 on a bottle opener is the day I kick my own ass.

I remember liking Great Notion's branding when they made great non-adjunct IPAs and a few silly pastry sours and stouts. They seem to have completely lost the plot and the fact that they think this box is a good idea, well...

(WILL STAND IN LINE AND TRADE FOR LAMBICS THO)

The entire secondary market for beer seems to be a group of about a dozen very rich, very dumb people who have no idea how to spend their money.

One of those guys lives very close to me. It’s amazing how much beer that dude buys/acquires.

I still think the non-adjunct IPAs are fantastic. And I’m a sucker for anything with Guava in it.

Seattle beer Instagram is bonkers. Sheer volume some people around here acquire blows my mind - posts with $500+ of beer in it every weekend.

So $125 boxes this coming Saturday. Draft at some point in the future and maybe single bottles for sale later on.

This should be fun.

It will be on draft next week and in single bottles in a couple of months. Hopefully I have success with both. If not, I'll survive.
