I'm drinking Deathbrewer's PM dunkelweis recipe right now, and its quite tasty . I think its in his "easy partial mash" sticky. Found it. I switched the chocolate malt with chocolate wheat, upped the hops to 1oz tett since mine were a little low on AA, and used WY3068 for the yeast, otherwise went right along with his recipe. I was using his BIAB-stovetop method, I'd throw in some rice hulls if I was trying to sparge some other way though. Good luck!
