Pliny the Elder Clone Hop addition

I am currently in the process of brewing a Pliny extract clone from MoreBeer.
When I add the different hops at the different intervals...
Do I remove the hops that were added first or do I keep them in for the entire boil...and just keep adding the additional hops?
