I'm making a fast (2 weeks for fermentation) blueberry blonde for the summer. This will be a 3 gallon batch. Let me know what you think!
Crystal 10: 25 g @160 for 10 min
Honey malt: 20 g @160 for 10 min
Extra light LME: 1 lb at boil, 1.5 lb at flame out
Wheat LME: .5 lb at boil, .5 lb at 30 min
Citra hops: 2 g at boil, 2 g at 30 min
Chinook: 1 g at flameout
Grains of paradise: 8 seeds at 50 min
Whirlfloc: 10 min left
Blueberries: 3-4 lb in secondary
