I've never had this much trouble before. I've leak checked and replaced poppets, o-rings, etc., and this one has me stumped.

I have those plastic red pin-lock fittings for my cornies and one of them routinely leaks and simply won't seal. It is the interface between the ID of the fitting and the o-ring on the post.

I am coming to suspect that the plastic fittings are not made to the correct spec ID and even with a new o-ring on the post, and keg lube, I still have a problem.

Also, they wiggle around a lot and you can find a sweet spot where they'll seal up to 30 psi, but they won't stay sealed if you bump them.

Anyone else had this type of trouble? Did I get a bad batch of plastic bits?

It's possible that you got some defective connectors, but much more likely that you have the wrong size o-rings on the posts. Does this happen with more than one connector? I would think it would be unlikely to have multiple bad connectors.
