Just wondering what kind of plastic is acceptable for plastic carboys. I checked out the bottled water station at wal mart today, and the bottles they have are #3. Not as optimal as #2 I know but wondering if these would work. I'm brewing mainly cider, but will be brewing beer and would like to try a wine or two. Any thoughts?
