Interesting take. I spent most of my life living in New England and I can't recall any of those brewers attempting to explore the benefits of DMS on the style.

Do they do samples or at least ~5 oz taster pours? For better or worse, morbid curiosity will one day be the death of me.

Not sure. Wife and I stopped in for two quick drafts. The sav blanc barrel aged saison is pretty nice, but their NEIPA is god awful.

That’s good to hear. I had 2-3 of the earlier pixelated beers and they were basically green. Almost a drain pour, turned in the chug beers.
