good vibes Beer Fest 2018 Ticket Information:
Inspired by the name of one of our flagship beers, good vibes Beer Fest is bringing craft beer lovers together in Northwest Pennsylvania this summer to enjoy a day of laid back music, delicious local food, and the best lineup of 25+ craft breweries in the world, along with the best that Voodoo Brewery has to offer. The festival will take place on Saturday, July 14th, 2018 at our production facility, The Compound, located at 834 Bessemer Street in Meadville, PA from 12-3PM. A portion of all sales will be donated to the Humane Animal Rescue.
Ticket sales will begin today (Monday, June 4th, 2018) at our Meadville, Erie, Grove City, Homestead, and Lancaster locations, and will follow the exact same format as our Barrel Room Collection releases. One thousand (1,000) tickets are available for sale and are $125 per ticket (plus ticketing fees) with a limit of one (1) ticket per person, paid for by credit or debit card ONLY. A valid photo driver’s license, government issued identification card, or passport is required to purchase a ticket. You must physically appear in one of our five locations with your valid photo ID to purchase a ticket -- your friend can't bring IDs for 5 friends and purchase tickets for everyone. No exceptions. Your ticket gains you entry to the festival grounds with sampling of more than 50 beers from 25+ of the world’s best brewers from 12-3PM on Saturday, July 14th. Official good vibes Festival t-shirts will also be available for pre-purchase only at the time of ticket purchase. T-shirts are $20 and will not be available the day of the event. Delectable street tacos and other food, including Chef Tony’s amazing VoodooQue, will be available for purchase from our Foodoo truck. Stay tuned for more updates! Voodoo Brewery reserves the right to refuse ticket sales or entry to anyone. Participating breweries are subject to change without notice. Rest assured that our staff will be working diligently to complete ticket transactions as quickly as possible. However, given the information input required for ticket purchase, there is a chance that lines may form at our locations. Please be patient with our employee-owners during this process. We will do our best to provide updates of the remaining tickets on our respective Facebook pages.
TICKET AND EVENT TERMS OF SERVICE:
This is a revocable ticket to the bearer only and may be revoked at any time for any reason. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event in which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that Voodoo Brewing Company, the facility, participants, vendors, participating breweries, owners, and employees are expressly released by the holder from any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued. No refunds, transfers, or readmissions. Event will take place rain, shine, heat wave, or any other act of God. Voodoo Brewing Company is not liable for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at the event for which this ticket grants admission. This ticket will not be replaced, refunded, transferred or exchanged for any reason. Cost of ticket and service fees will not be refunded at any time.
