That a good start and liked the H&H mention above also. Lets not forget John Harvard's, Foundry Ale Works as well as Scrapyard Brewing
Did Scrapyard ever get off the ground? I was talking to those folks at one point, lots of ideas & zero capital

You got plans when you're in town or are you shootin from the hip? Lots of good food and beer in this quaint little town say word.
No plans as of yet. I am hoping to visit some breweries and drink some beer.
I'll be able to bring some N.J. Beers if anyone is interested

Yeah, but you can actually buy Southern Tier. Nobody actually wants to buy beer man, it's all about the line & the scene in the line & like the shares in the line & waiting in line & the people you meet in the line & being in line, man.

That's what jumpstarted that thought for me. In the span of about a second, I thought, "Ohhhh, Southern Tier's getting in the pastry game...wait...Choklat...Mokah...CremeBrulee...Theyinventedthepastrygame!!!!"

So many more people than realize it are really only into beer for secondary values. Beer psychology is fun.

I never realized how closely related hippy patchouli culture was related to waiting in line for a beer until some bro on Facebook just, like, you know, man, it's all about the scenesplained it to me.

Al had been feuding with Steel for a few months now (over an exclusivity contract or some ****) and responded by basically sending next to nothing since the start of the new year. I don’t think Steel has acknowledged it except for PB’s logo being off of their website.

My new hobby is getting to Gnome ten minutes before opening, going to the back of the line, waiting til it starts to move, then getting out of line & walking past everyone to the front door.

I'm going to 11th Hour on Saturday night for a friend's birthday. Any thoughts/recommendations/warnings?
Haven't been there yet but have heard they are off to a decent start. They're pretty new.
I was there right before Christmas. I thought it was a cool space and the beers were good, but not great. Nonetheless I saw potential and would like to stop back to check them and Cinderlands out.
