I hate when breweries have some success with a limited/seasonal release then try and make it year around. It usually kills off the beer. If something is always around then people always pass by it because they know it will still be there next time and there is something else that wil not.

That's more of a reason I'd prefer it to be year round. The bros can go chase the new hot item while I sit back and slug Black Magick until I can't feel feelings.

I agree with beerman. How many legitimately awesome beers has this happened to? I'm hard pressed to think of any that aren't ipas. And don't say abyss cause that's never really been great anyway.

I can't say I've seen those around too much but even so, they sit due to the ridiculous price. Aren't they like $25-30 for a 375?

You guys realize you're talking about Black ******* Magick right? Even if the quality were to drop tenfold it would still be five times as enjoyable as anything locally made or on the shelf. Outside of Voodoo losing their minds and jacking the price way up there isn't a scenario where BM sits on a shelf longer than 10 minutes.

Exactly my point. For all of us supposedly loving beer, there sure is a lot of opposition to the suggestion of one of the best being more available.

I'd recommend some combination of the Mattress Factory, Warhol Museum, & Bayernhoff, hit any combination of Dancing Gnome, Hitchhiker, Roundabout, Hop Farm, & Eleventh Hour for quick stops (a pint & to-go stuff), then either Cinderlands, Penn, or Church Brew Works for dinner.
