Have a charity thing this evening downtown and might have a window for afternoon drinks beforehand (early, like 330ish to 600). Thinking Smallman, but soliciting other dope/woke places down there to pregame. Imma skip the food menu, so weight any answers to taplist only, please.
Proper typically has some nice tap selections.

There has not been a release for said beer.
ok thanks .... found it ...

Someone hook this man up with proper glassware please. He’s embarrassing himself.
haha I get it now, I'm not smart ... wasn't paying attention to who posted it. Isn't he one of the brewers/works at BG? Of course he'd have an early bottle haha. I apologize if I don't know the ins and outs of who works where.

...some gibberish
Seeing on social media some other comments (again, I have not seen it myself), it sounds like he was kind of down on the technology boom in the area too. As a life-long Pittsburgh'er who also worked in the steel industry for almost 13 years I can admire the nostalgia, but the sustainability was just is not there.

I guess "my" best version of Pittsburgh is able to move forward and to not loose sight of our past. I would much rather see a Brew Gentlemen, East End, Voodoo, Church Brew Works and others turn forgotten spaces into someplace where people want to go then to meet a wrecking ball and make way for "new construction".

Interesting side note:
I once got into a good discussion with troygreer regarding what "saved" Pittsburgh. He was staunch on the technology industry, but my stance was for the healthcare industry. My argument was that healthcare is what supported the region from the steel industry collapse until the tech boom could take hold. The tech boom is what will propel us forward yet again, but the healthcare industry cannot be ignored.

Yup, I'm ashamed.

You know what...you should be. Especially since there was a plethora of context clues in this prior post.

Looked there. And then started expanding my search—wondering how bad it’d be wondering around South Side in the rain in a suit, like maybe Pipers or CSD.

But nooooooo, you were distracted by the intelligent conversation regarding the tv show stuff weren’t you?

I've never been to Carson Street Deli, or Piper's.

Sorry.

You’re funny. You don’t like HH or 2H, never been to two of the best beer/food spots in the city, went to WVU...

Why the **** are we friends?

Oh, cause people are allowed to like different **** and still coexist.

Wait, you didn’t vote for trump did you? o_O

We're dysfunctional enough without politics. Let's keep it that way.

I take back the trump ****. Was a rhetorical question, just for the record. Bad joke or whatever.

In other news, I’m about to send you free beer and you’re a PSU fan. That’s about as ****** up as it gets.
