The Rick Flair "Wooooo" during the Pens games is one of the most annoying things I've ever experienced. I think the only things I hate more are horse masks, Mark Madden and Flyers fans. Side note ... I was shaking my head at the Pens fans throwing **** on the ice & booing an obvious non goal from Kessel. Calm your tits and don't act like Philthadelphia.

Was always weird to me that they're even allowed to. Thought that was the whole point of the 3-tier system. Although as a consumer and a person who cares about efficiency, I've always thought that system was stupid.

It all goes state to state on the rules. PA is just in a strange spot because they had such archaic laws/codes and didn't really overhaul, but just adjusted some of the codes.
