I hope nobody has their heart set on BG Hefe. I will be drinking the entire batch and then beating McMatt7 at pogs.

Saaaaaaaaaay whaaaaaaaat? When is the Hefe going on tap?

And do they have POGS at BG? I've only ever played UNO there.

EDIT: oh and ya right bro say that **** to my face next time you see me in person to my face

Those ideals make them pretty damn different. Offerman is extremely Liberal, smokes pot and thrives on entertaining the masses. Ron Swanson is pretty much the opposite of that.

Swanson is a libertarian so by extension would not have an issue with pot even if he didn't partake. And let's not forget Ron's sax performances.

He also doesn't eat all the bacon and eggs and steaks and not have high cholesterol. He also makes good money by doing his job well. So well in fact people find his character completely believable.

Fair, but Ron Dunn was actually a lot more like Offerman than Ron Swanson, and he hated him.

I also tried to find a gif to illustrate this point, but failed, which is bothersome to me.

So the antics in this thread have led to me now consuming more ATDI in one sitting than at any other point in my life (twelve minutes & counting). How off-base would one be to call them the Tool of post-hardcore?

We finally got to you.

Why you always gotta be comparing **** to other **** though...can't they just be AT ******* DI?

I just had to look up what a Ron Swanson was. I obviously wasn't a fan of that show.
Only thing I know is that character likes Lagavulin so of course now every ******* who is the type of ******* that quotes sitcoms incessantly, chokes down a shot of Lagavulin, complains about the price & quotes this ******. **** that guy.

You have a lot of anger. I hear yoga is good for that.

I'm new to scotch and someone I know told me that I need to try lagavulin. Is he a ******* or is it actually good?

Both?

Although there is much better. Scotch nerds frown upon lagavulin cause it's dyed and chill-filtered. Basically the equivalent of when people complain about adjuncts and filtering with beer.

Drink Laphroaig. Or Bruichladdich if you can find it.

You're welcome.

I'm not crazy about the Laphroaig I had. Too phenolic. I'm not opposed to peaty and smoky but it was a little unbalanced for me. I'll give bruichladdich a try.

Lagavulin is delicious, but not a good first timer Scotch
I got a deal on talisker storm and I really liked it. It doesn't appear to get the greatest reviews online, for whatever they're worth. I'm in the market for a new bottle though. It lasted about 4 months.

Talisker is good stuff. Ardbeg is nice & smoky without going into medicinal phenols also.
