LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.This sounds like an incredibly succinct plan. I like it.
jagoffbrewer will you have any beers on tap this coming weekend that aren't awful? If you did, that would be swell.

I know this is a bit premature, but I go to a music festival every Memorial Day weekend, and canned beer is the preferred medium for my drinking (No glass container policy). With all the talk here about summer beers, and the multiple options for local to go beer, Im trying to put together a list of what to possibly bring. DG is the only local selling cans correct? Looking at crowlers from possibly VooDoo and Roundabout? Is anyone else selling local options of festival approved containers? I was thinking of maybe getting a couple crowlers from Pig Iron, because they were reasonably priced. Are they still that way? Might have to look into getting a non glass growler or two to fill as well. Anyone have any advice on these? Ie. type, size, place to purchase from?

Ordered that last week when it was $16.99. Supposed to be a pretty good item. I can let you know more about it when it arrives on Wednesday if you're interested in it.

I have the giant travel cup. It's as good or better than the yeti versions for 1/3 the price. For 16.99 the growler is a steal.![]()

Love my hydro flasks ... Have a 64, 32, and wife has 2 18oz for coffee ... recently switched the lids out for these though because they seal better (https://www.hydroflask.com/wide-mouth-flex-cap#92=19) and that grey rubber isn't there to stretch out like on the one above.I have this and like it, good for big vodka drinks or bourbon barrel aged imperial stouts

FWIW Hydro Flask has pretty great customer service from what i have experienced. I have an 18 oz that i clumsily smashed the cap and strap a few years ago. I called customer service about purchasing a replacement and they sent me a new lid and strap for free.Love my hydro flasks ... Srsly though I'm looking forward to checking you guys out.
3 of the last 4 beers I've had from HH were pretty good and the outlier was simply personal preference (coffee). Forget the name but an IPA had I was pretty damn good. I would put it on the level of most of the DG hoppy stuff I've had thus far.

Not to dissuade you, but you realize they're opening in Sharpsburg soon.I've meant to check them out for a while, I just never get down that way. I probably haven't been to the South hills in at least 3 years.

You're just trying to trick me into going to DG...SMH
I had forgotten about that honestly, but I'm going to check out Insurrection and Apis as well.
Definitely great customer service. Got into using that flex cap because my brother ordered 2, they accidentally shipped him 4. He called asking if they wanted to give a label to return 2 or would he be charged for the extra. They said no worries, just keep them.FWIW Hydro Flask has pretty great customer service from what i have experienced. I have an 18 oz that i clumsily smashed the cap and strap a few years ago. I've seen these at whole foods lately. Does beer stay carbed in these? Looks like potential for a bunch of headspace.FWIW Hydro Flask has pretty great customer service from what i have experienced. You've never shipped said vessels to me...Thanks kbuzz, thanks for nothing. One of my fave breweries here has actually branded these things and sells them. I have a couple that I've used to ship beer to folks and they in turn shipped it back to me filled...both times seal was just fine and carbonation was phenomenal. It's now my fave 32 oz vessel.
