The quality and quantity in the city is pretty surreal. You could tell someone to visit Insurrection, Voodoo, Brew Gentlemen or Roundabout and there is a pretty good chance they will love any/all of them.

Brillobox @ 9pm, though I'm guessing it's a day late & a dollar short if you were asking for last night.Anyone know of any good trivia on wednesdays?
I think Insurrection is really good especially being open only a year and struggling to keep beer on tap(obviously because it's good) but I'm not sure they are really anywhere near Roundabout yet. You could transport Roundabout to pretty much any city in PA and they would be considered one of if not the best brewery there. We're lucky that now even to be considered 4th or 5th best brewery here you have to be a pretty good brewery. The quality and quantity in the city is pretty surreal. Not a lot of other cities can say that.
* Insurrections Wings are pretty insane and worth a trip alone.
You obviously haven't been to Hitchhiker lately.
Yinz are forgetting Hop Farm.
Holy ******* mountain. You there? I listen to that album once a month at least...on vinyl, not kidding.
I went and it was amazing
Holy **** that was amazing. I wish I had known you guys were there cause I was in the balcony and had an $80 bar credit to spend. So towards the end of the set I was just handing out Two Hearteds to people around me.signed
I've been told that several times since they opened and have been burned everytime. Because of that it's not worth trekking all the way out there again, but I will stop in again based on recent recommendations if I'm in the area.
New beer collab coming from Spoonwood and Hitchhiker. Sounds interesting. Looks to be 7-8%. Is this pretty fruit forward jagoffbrewer ?
Sorry if you've been burned, we certainly had growing pains. We are finally finding our stride and please let me know your thoughts on your next trip out or let me know beforehand and I'll buy your beers. I firmly believe we are in the top 5 quality wise right now and the beer is still getting better and that will never change.
Please tell me where this is. I need this in and around my mouth ASAP.Not beer-related (but no more off-topic than usual) - my close-to-work go-to bar has a cocktail that I'm excited about:
Get Off My Lawn Werther's infused Old Grand Dad bourbon / cold-brew coffee
Thanks for coming out. Not a fan of Trillions of Friends a malty kettle sour doesn't do it for me but I had to make it, A Different Animal is getting a majorly revamped dry hop aka Citra Citra Citra Citra.I was there for the first time last week. Cool spot, liked Bane of Existance, the two sours I had were pretty forgettable though.
Sorry, I guess that would have been relevant info as well. Butterjoint. Please tell me where this is. I need this in and around my mouth ASAP.

I plan on getting there for Happy Hour, 4:30-ish. It's rare that I make a point of hunting down a cocktail.Nice. A good excuse to go to Legume now.
Sunday July 3rd we are releasing our Strawberry, Lime, Agave Gose for anyone interested in what disappointment tastes like.
