Another person speaking of the TreeHouse connection that BG has adamantly denied on here and BA. Makes me wonder if it's not true then where it's all coming from, or if it is true why deny it? If they had TreeHouse down or went there, and paid to learn a trait so be it. Wouldn't be the first time a business consulted or paid to gain knowledge to better their business. Not a bad thing.

Look guys, we're not sure why this rumor continues to perpetuate. The only brewery that ZachBrewGentlemen had any affiliation with other than ourselves was his previous position at Thirsty Dog. He's been brewing hazy, low bitterness beers on his own since 2011.

To make this absolutely crystal clear: We have never had any sort of consultation, paid or otherwise, from Tree House, Trillium, Tired Hands, or anyone else.

Makes me wonder if it's not true then where it's all coming from

It's coming from internet speculation, and we're doing our best to correct this misinformation.

I was dicking around with some new labels. I like how they turned out. Now lets see if this **** actually carbonates. Also need a pen that doesn't smear.

Thats an impressive label for using MSFT word. Coming from a guy who prints over 1000 non unique labels per week. I just bought a fancy dancy decicated label machine, if you ever wanted me to try and recreate that I would be willing to try (for a beer or 2). Is that preshaded paper or is background created off the program?

New single hop pale (azacca) and new batch of big secret pizza party on tap at both locations. Both share the same yeast used in unrefined, which I brewed another batch of today. Also, another batch of vandelay will be ready shortly.

hazy IPA? Why'd you sell out and learn from Tree House?

Is anyone planning on going out to JO's for Oro and Woodburner? I'm out of town this weekend and I don't know if it'll last until next. If anyone wants to split an allotment or if it lasts til next weekend, do a cannonball run out there with me? Let me know. Thanks.

I'm trying to figure out a time to go but it doesn't look promising.

Same here. Was in Ohio this past weekend and did a disappointing VE run--was hoping to pick up some JO, but they were out save for their pumpkin ale. Between tearing down our deck and a roadtrip at the end of the month, there's little chance of convincing pregnant wife that a JO run is necessary.

If it's the same thing they do with baby bottles, they swab the outside to test for known bomb chemicals and then they run it through a machine that I'm guessing is a spectrometer to test the SRMs and haziness.
Huh, no ****. So they bought spectrometers & laid off all the Cicerones? How many SRMs is the average expression of breast milk?

I had the labels (with baked in shading) made by an online vendor with a gap in the center where I can laser print beer name locally. I will try scanning my label and then try to line things up perfect in Photoshop before printing.

I'd be shocked if they weren't still around next weekend.
