I thought that Good n Plenty were kind of like black licorice and candy corn. They still seem to make these products despite not a single person liking them.

Well you're obviously wrong. And I love black licorice too. I eat all my kids' black jelly beans at easter. Justify it as me doing them a favor...

troygreer dtx00 I think you guys are mixing up this "Belgianfest" thing with the Great European Beer Festival, which usually happens in June. Belgianfest at Sharp Edge is akin to Shrimpfest at Red Lobster, just a week of special menu items & maybe some deals on Belgian beers. The GEBF is the actual beer festival.

You are correct sir, my mistake. Everything I said still stands though.

1. During the Voodoo takeover at Ho1kB, Uncle Jacobs was 24.99/bottle. GEMDRFL had it for 13.99/Bottle yesterday. That is all.
I understand they can get some things in that others don't and sometimes you pay a premium for that, but this is just another instance that follows suit with my statement probably over a year ago that Ho1kB are a bunch of price rapists in the beer market. Unreal!

I eat them all the time. My candy of choice.

If you like black licorice (you just said you did above) try Wiley Wallaby or Darrel Lea Original if you haven't already. My mom buys it for me to keep me from chewing and smoking at the same time. Not sure where she gets it though, and tough **** mom it ain't working.

Let me enlighten you, here's a list i just made up of famous celebs that love black licorice, good and plenty, AND candy corn:

John Wayne Gacy-comedian
Jeffrey Dahmer-celebrity chef
Daryl Hall (of Hall and Oates)-serial killer
Grace Jones-played Zulu in Conan the Destroyer

I could go on, but there really isn't any point in doing so.

I bet you're a hoot to booze with...;)

EDIT: but pretty sure if I just got compared to a list of folks comprised of 50% serial killers, though

EDIT: wait....I HATE candy corn......cool, not a serial killer
