I am making a Simcoe IPA Extract Kit which includes Munton's Gold 6g. and I have an extra regular Muntons yeast 6g. Can I pitch them both without ill effect? I also have a Safbrew S-33 11g. Will I get a fermentation or flavor difference.

I have been wondering this same thing. I know you will get a flavor difference, because yeast is a huge contributor to flavor. Munton's tastes great to me though, so don't sweat it.

I have reached the end of my experience limit, thank you please drive thru.

I would use just the S-33. The Munton yeast may not have been stored well since it was sitting on the shelf with a kit, and will tend to leave a fairly high FG. When you mix two yeasts, you usually have one that takes over.
