Pitching onto yeast cake after gelatin

I have an Ale brewed with WLP002 ready to bottle this weekend. I usually brew & bottle the same day and like to pitch onto the old yeast cake.

I wanted to try fining with gelatin for the current batch.

Will I still be able to pitch on the old yeast?
