Hey all! Does anyone have a good link to read and learn about pitch rates? Wondering how to determine just how much yeast to pitch (for a 3G batch, for instance. Most yeast packets come for 5G batches, so do I just measure out 50/50 from a five gallon packet? If I do a yeast starter, how do I know how much to add? Etc
Thanks ... Leads appreciated.
