Pilsner pursuit

This is the third Big Spill I've personally had from Wren house that has been dry hopped with a different hop. This time mosaic

Getting the typical berries I experience from mosaic. They've used nelson and then Galaxy for other installments, and it makes for a fun comparison using a relatively Clean base to highlight each hop variety

Not a pilsner, but idgaf

Urban Chestnut Castaña Urbana, lager brewed with blue corn. The usual UC malt complexity, but with corn instead. Tastes like a really good, fresh corn tortilla, buy it if you see it.

Holy Mountain - Valley of Kings. Fresh Hop Comet Pilsner brewed with Burial and Other Half. So damn good.

Perennial's Citra Pils

Their regular pils is normally pretty hoppy with Tettnang and Saphir. The extra Citra dry-hop works well, like a biscuit with some marmalade or something.

They brewed a second batch recently. Doesn’t reach the glory of the first go round but it’s still pretty nice. Shouldn’t be too difficult to grab you some.

Managed to sorta emulate a Hladinka pull with a Rototap. Made a mess. Beer is good.

The bar I work at recently got a keg of Rothaus Tannenzäpfle Pils, which I’ve never seen on the west coast. It made me extremely giddy because it was a beer we drank a ton of in Berlin, but I wasn’t sure if it’d be as good as I remembered. Turns out it was even better than I remembered! What a perfect beer.

New Glory - NGB Pils

This might be the best Pils NG has made yet. Really clean and crisp with a snappy hop bite on the finish. Tasty and very poundable.

Solid Pilsner in a plastic cup from a brewery that makes the finest of Pilsners.

Have a crowler of slow pour pils from Bierstadt and a can of the new Keller Pils from Schells on deck.
