Hi all,
As a budding homebrewer from India, it is a bit difficult finding ingredients here and next to impossible to find a cheap food grade sanitizer. So far I have been using variety of materials with minimal success. Yesterday I stumbled upon this cleanser at a shop and wondering if it can be used for homebrewing purpose. It is a foodgrade cleanser with main ingredients:- Water, Sodium Citrate, Alcohol, Propyne Glycol, Sucrose laurate, Potassium Carbonate, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Perfume.
It says it can be used to cleanse food as well but should be rinsed before use. Can any of you expert give me your opinion on this?
Here is the link for the product:- https://www.amazon.in/dp/B00AW8YFK6/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20
Thanks in advance
