Lafayette Hill, represent! I used to live in the Green Valley Manor apartments, just, errr, twenty-some years back. Wow, that makes me sound old.
I live there 10 years ago. The general was a staple.

Hmmm...I wonder if Lowes will price-match, since I have a $10 off $50 there with American Express. I'd love to add another coil to my wort chiller.
Fyi, homedepot has copper on clearance. Picked up 60 ft of 1/2 id type l today for 35, normally 157. Time to upgrade my herms coil to be completely 1/2 id

Edit: What store was that in and did it include copper coil?
Anybody else see this list?

Its like it was written for hipsters by hipsters. There are so many great bars that this seems completely arbitrary

Ah, well I fell for it then.
I got plenty of sleep, I woke up on my couch to a full glass of Sammy Smith Oatmeal stout. I almost drank it for breakfast.
I stopped at the one in pottstown, they had one left
Ill trade you a teething five month old for a warm Sammy Smith.
Sorry, not going too far back, but whomever suggested Madonna's in G-side for CO2 refills, you rock!! I got a 15 lb and 2 5 lber's filled for 30 bucks. I had been going to Posen, because I didn't know any better. He wants 20 for a 5 lb'er, and cash only!
Again, many thanks!

I think its tasty, but would really be into hearing some unbiased opinions. Winning wouldn't be too bad either lol
How crowded do entry categories get?

and that was down from the year before. Specialty is tough, because alot gets lumped in there that wouldn't make it in other categories. And IPA's, everyone has one of those...
no, you can enter in multiple categories, as long as it fits those categories. Two years ago, I entered a chocolate peanut butter stout in vegetable and specialty. It took first in specialty (out of 35), didn't place (but was scored well) in vegetable.

Send me your beer, I'll fill out a BJCP score sheet for you. If the beer scores over 38 it's worth entering... Though it usually takes a 40+ to place in a category...
I'm pretty jaded when it comes to competitions. It seems like a silly waste of beer to me. But that rant is for another time...
