Some places that my friends and I like to go and enjoy a brew have a no-glass policy so I was planning on bottling my latest cherry apfelwein in PET bottles. I figured that this would probably work out nicely because plastic bottles simply must be much less expensive than glass, right?

500ml bottles are like 50 cents each! That absolutely blew my mind! I can go to the store and buy PET soda bottles with soda already in them for less than that! Is there a less expensive source of 500ml-1000ml colored (green or brown) PET bottles out there?
