I had a hard time getting all the o-ring sizes for my Perlick 545 faucets so I measured all of them using digital calipers and ordered 100 packs from mcmaster carr.

Full write-up here:

Here is what i ended up ordering:

9452K58
Buna-N O-Ring, AS568A Dash Number 014, packs of 100

9452K338
Buna-N O-Ring, AS568A Dash Number 204, packs of 100

9452K59
Buna-N O-Ring, AS568A Dash Number 015, packs of 100

9452K21
Buna-N O-Ring, AS568A Dash Number 012, packs of 100

4061T162
Square Buna-N O-Ring, AS568A Dash Number 116, packs of 100

I documented where each of these go (someone at perlick is addicted to o-rings!).

Might want to double check the type C O-ring dimensions, you have the OD smaller than the ID which suggests a typo ;)

fwiw, I believe the OD is closer to .635"...

Cheers!

i got my o-ring order in and most everything works but found two problems.

1) the square orings I ordered don't fit quite right. turns out the "coupling gasket" ie D is not really square but it is more wide that it is deep. i have been unable to find the right part at mcmaster carr or anywhere else in bulk for cheap but did find it here:

2) there is another o-ring! there is one hidden down in the body of the faucet where the flow control lever goes in. it appears to be Dash 013 which is this from mcmaster carr but need to verify:

9452K57 Buna-N O-Ring, AS568A Dash Number 013, packs of 100

well, the o-ring i mentioned in the last reply that is inside the body where the adjuster arm goes in is not a Dash 013 - that is about the right ID but not thick / wide enough. I remeasured it and I get .4 inch ID, .6 inch OD and .1 inch width. this does not appear fit any of the standard o-ring measurements so I've ordered some metric orings hoping they are right ones. I have ordered the following from mcmaster and will report how they fit:

9262K232
Metric Buna-N O-Ring, 2.5 mm Width, 10 mm ID, packs of 100
