I bought a 30 oz. container of pear puree a few weeks back and decided to make a quick 1 gallon graff this past weekend. I mixed it with 30 oz. water, and about 50 oz. fresh apple juice, 10 cardamom pods, and 1/8 oz cascade.

Well, the puree solids are more stubborn than I anticipated and have settled out to nearly 1/3 of the gallon. I've been giving it a swirl every day, but that's obviously going to prevent the yeast from forming a good cake (I used S-23).

Any suggestions for seeing this through to the finish line?

Well the s-23 has drilled it's way to the bottom and *seems* to be dealing with the purée sludge..... Will report back in a month.....
