A huge fan of stouts and just had a chocolate peanut butter stout. Taste and texture just weren't there. Any suggestions on using peanut butter?

you don't use peanut butter. it's a flavor extract that's added to the beer. actual peanut butter is loaded with oils.

Powdered peanut butter works well. Have used it before. Health sttores usually carry it. It's dehydrated and oilless. Didn't diminish the head.
