peach wine

I racked and filtered my peach wine that I started the beginning of august this is my first time filtering I'm impressed it clears it right up here are some pics the wine was a little cloudy before filtering here are some after pics

Oh man... I need to make some peach wine. My girlfriend and I bought a bottle at this guys winery in Astoria Oregon. It ended up being sparkling because he bottled it with too much sugar. Man was it awesome!

Btw, if you're ever in Astoria, you have to stop at shallon winery the guy is super eccentric, but it's a good time. He makes some crazy wines like lemon meringue... He also makes his wines with whey. His chocolate orange wine is insane. But he's getting old, so he may not be there much longer.

NICE! what method did you use?

I used all juice no water it was close to 9 lbs of fruit per gallon.I juiced the fruit in juicing machine and then put in straining bag but it throws a lot of pulp.
