I just did a orange, peach, mango hydromel at 8%, it's kegged and carbonating right now. I used the entire orange and sliced peaches that were froze. It's delicious without the carbonation so I can't wait to see what carbonation does to it.I'm curious. Did you ferment with the pits? I have always read (& been told), that any stone fruits should have the pits removed prior to fermentation.
