The last time I went to our local farmer's market store, I noticed some bottles of "peach cider," so I decided to run a 1 gallon ferment of the stuff and see how it turns out.

The cider is "Amish Wedding" brand (see label below) ImageUploadedByHome Brew1405456887.575860.jpg

It tastes good and definitely peachy, so I'm interested to see how it turns out.

I used 1 gallon of the peach cider, and a packet of Red Star Pasteur Champagne yeast. OG was 1.060.

Has anybody ever used this stuff, or made peach cider before?
