How many people use these? I am thinking about getting one but I'm not so sure just yet. How long can you keep beer in one? If I want to stock up on some brew can it stay in the pig for a few months?

I use it. Well, it's my second batch in it. First one was OK, it kept the carbonation for a few weeks (2-3), while the beer lasted. In my second one I have the pressure pouch not activated yet even though the beer seem like already carbonated enough. From my limited experience I can't say anything really bad about it, but I'd rather go with Tap-a-draft system if I was doing my choice again. Good luck selecting.

Dave Wills at Oregon Trails sells his ales in party pigs. Since the ales isn't exposed to air, it will last as long as it will in a bottle or cornie. He also has some really cool foam piggies that you can put the party pig in, with the tap sticking out of its mouth.
