This was supposed to be a Bass Ale clone. "Somehow" I accidentally added 1.5 POUNDS of Roasted Barely instead of 1.5 ounces so needless to say this brew came out pretty dark (black). After spending some time in the bottle however, it is an awesome tasting beer. I will try and post pictures later.

2 oz Northern Brewers 60 min
1/2 oz Cascades 30 min
1/2 Cascade 15 min

Fermented at 62 degrees for 16 days then bottled 1/2 (5 gallons) with 2 ozs corn sugar and kegged the other 5 gallons. Kept bottles at room temp (70 degrees) for 2 weeks and then put in the fridge. Gets better tasting and smoother with a tighter head with each passing week. Keg still sitting in deep freezer fermenting chamber at 38 degrees with some other kegs.
