Well Ive got everything ready

Mash 150-152
7lbs 2 row
1lb Rice
8oz Honey malt

.5 oz Magnum @ 60
.3 oz Cascasde @ 10, 5, 0
1 oz cascade Dryhop Secondary 7 days.

Notty yeast.

Missing something? Suggestions?
 
Don't forget to convert the rice starches in a side pot before you throw it in the mash tun. BRB with a linky. For uncooked rice the barley enzymes can't get at the sugar in the rice becasue it is locked up in long chain starch.

My google-fu is not so good today. Short vesion boil/ simmer the rice to a gooey gloppy mess.
