I have had no repsonse to my question...Did I ask in the wrong forum or in the wrong way?

No, not at all!

A good rule of thumb is 1 pound grain = .75 pound pale LME = .6 pound DME

Since you've got 11 pounds base malt (you'd keep the specialty grains), you could convert it to:

8.25 pounds LME
1 pound crystal 60L

OR

6 pounds light DME
1 pound crystal 60L

OR
2 pounds two-row
1 pound crystal 60L
5.4 pounds DME

and so on. It really depends on how much grain you want to use in your partial mash.
