brewed this the other day, my dad asked for a keg of a hoppy beer to bring to a party. The recipe is loosely based off of 2-hearted (we don't get it in New York but I just got back from the south and was drinking a ton of it). I don't really enjoy cloning recipes but like to take them into consideration for the purposes of experimentation.

5.5 Gallons:

10# 2-row
1# Vienna
.5# C-60
.5# Carapils

1oz Chinook @ 60min
1oz Centennial + .25oz Cascade @ 15min
1oz Centennial + .25oz Cascade @ 5min
1oz Centennial + .25oz Cascade @ 0min

SG: 1.062
S-05 @ 68F

Dry hop with 1oz Centennial and .5oz Cascade in keg

The reasoning behind mixing the centennial and cascade was out of necessity. I wanted to do an all-centennial beer but realized I only had 4oz. So I used Chinook for the bittering and augmented the the other additions with cascade a little. The wort had a beautiful color and a smooth restrained bitterness.
