Started a RJ Spagnols Orchard Breezin Pomegranate wine, and would like it to have a higher alcohol content. Could I just add sugar to it, and it would make more alcohol?

It would, but I'm not sure that the results would be good. Those wines are balanced with sweetness, alcohol, acid, etc, and a boost in the ABV might make it pretty unbalanced and "hot". You could try 1/2 in a 3 gallon carboy, if you want to experiment.
