Looking to make a simple, tropical, hop heavy IPA.
 
Looks pretty good, I've been thinking about doing a Mosaic SMaSH beer some time.

My initial thought is that it's a little light on hops if you truly want a hop-heavy IPA. Maybe increase the first-wort hops, and then add some at flameout. Just my 2 cents.

Also, a boil off of one-third of your starting volume seems to be a lot. You know you system better than anyone else, so if this is your typical boil-off, I'm sure you're right. If so, I bet it really throws your hop utilization calculations off. Just think, you start the boil with 1.5 gallons, but by the time you're adding your final hops, you're down near 1 gallon.
